Italconsul has developed its own software ©RelySoft to address reliability problems that otherwise cannot be assessed through traditional reliability methods.

 

© RelySoft automates a methodology based on an approach oriented to the causes of failure, developed and applied for several years by Italconsul, mainly in the aerospace and railway sectors.

© RelySoft does not need (unlike traditional methods) a considerable number of tests on physical samples to be able to quantify the failure ability of the component over time, but when the process underlying the failure and the value and uncertainties of the quantities involved are known, is able to calculate the probability that this component will fail.
