Testability Analysis
Italconsul carries out Testability Analyses of electronic devices to verify the fulfillment of the quantitative Testability requirements at the different maintenance levels envisaged, according to MIL-HDBK-2165 "Testability Program for Electronic Systems and Equipment".
Testability Requirements
The BIT is the part of the system and has the purpose of testing the system itself. It provides indication about system performance and allows fault location and isolation at the replaceable module level. The quantitative requirements of Testability are expressed in terms of BIT performance also with the help of a contingent external instrumentation or visual, auditory or other indications.
